Health Elevation Nutrition changed the way I think and look at nutrition.

In my first session with Hanli, she made it clear what her and my top aim must be; “becoming the best version of yourself as athlete and as person by living healthily”.

I had many misconceptions about nutrition. Before I began working with Hanli, I struggled with my energy levels during workouts because my nutrition was not right. I thought it was necessary to cut out sugar and many other food types. Also, to eat less to lose weight. The most important thing I have learned from Hanli is that NO DIET is necessary!

Hanli taught me that sugar, carbs and protein are all so important to be able to perform on your best, especially as an athlete. You just need to know when to eat what!! Hanli helped changed my pre-workout nutrition and my post-workout nutrition. I had a lot more energy and I could see a big improvement. She helped me with my performance plate to get all the food groups in my meals. To fuel your body is very important!!!

Hanli helped improved my energy levels as well as my performance as a long-distance runner. It is a pleasure working with Hanli, she has such a spontaneous, friendly personality with such a caring heart! It is a privilege to have Hanli on the journey of finding the best nutrition that works for me.
